Can I declare my house as part of Iraq?

Another $50,000,000.00 was just approved
for Iraq. I need some brick work, a new roof, electrical work,
and dry wall work.

Also the gas bill is going to be huge. Plus i would like to take
my son skiing this winter. Either S.W. Colorado or Zermatt Switzerland.
I also enjoy fine food & wine. A new F-150 super cab would be nice too.
Also I would rather have a home gym then going to local one.

I also need to go to Chicago for a long weekend w/ a super
model and I need to get a penthouse suite.

So from now on I will be an Iraqi who supports PRESIDENT GEORGE W
BUSH and his work of spreading democracy through out the mid east.

I am even willing to drive to D.C. to pick up my back pack of cash.
Do I go to the White House, PNAC, the RNC, the Saudi mission, or K street?
