Schedule a specified date

On this date everyone will accept as many credit cards as they can. Go to any retail outlet, accept their offers, answer the many junk mail offers of credit cards.

On another specified date max out every card you own and refuse payment until some things are changed. We could get anything we wanted with our buying power or lack of payments.

What a concept you have there. Sorta civil disobedience, sorta theft Robin Hood style. But, they'd just throw us all in jail. They like that stuff. More jails, it's what they do.

I dont think the system could handle thousands of debtors.

We hold the power with our money. Its a crazy idea but so was the Boston Tea Party

Thousands of us? Easy. And Who said they'd have to "handle our debt"? There are other types of charges, or with a little more effort, nt charges at all, and shame on us for being so unpatriotic...what a subversive group...

Can't happen, or won't? No way to tell. And THAT is what should stop you. Absolutely NO reason to believe individuals would be safe, not as a group, not even a thousands-strong group. Look at New Orleans. Not just theft. Death is what they're managing. Ten thousand people dead, and THIS nation sees 900 something on tv. And buys it.

In fact, many years ago, I heard a really whacked out theory, and it was that, at some point, they'll be releasing the many drug-convicted inmates...to use those facilities for dissidents. Political dissidents.

This was ten years ago, from someone I know, and I thought little of it at the time. It was preBushCo. Now, I'm a bit worried about it all. But, I was anyway, have to admit. It sounded nothing but crazy then. I wish it still did now.

4. Don't shoot yourself in the foot, Just put bogus info

Send the card companies on a wild goose chase mailing to non-existent addresses.

Or put the address of Republican politicians so they get tempted to max out.
