Ann Coulter Slimes Bush as Boozer
Edited on Wed Oct-05-05 09:33 PM by ruggerson
Ok, it's from WND. But she really unloads on W. The fragile, grand coalition of rightwing freaks that elected this moron seems to be really splintering under the weight of this ridiculous nomination.

http://wnd.com/news/article.asp?ARTICLE_ID=46682

<snip>

First, Bush has no right to say "Trust me." He was elected to represent the American people, not to be dictator for eight years. Among the coalitions that elected Bush are people who have been laboring in the trenches for a quarter-century to change the legal order in America. While Bush was still boozing it up in the early '80s, Ed Meese, Antonin Scalia, Robert Bork and all the founders of the Federalist Society began creating a farm team of massive legal talent on the right.

69. This is who we really need to be concerned about. They have had a
very long term strategy for taking over the government. They were soooo close, and then Bushbot tripped them up. He evidently didn't get the memo. But they are not licked. They will continue to discredit every potential Democrat leader. They've slimed Kennedy and Clinton, then Kerry, then Dean. There is a ton of money behind them. They have the biggest mouthpiece and propagandist in history in Limbaugh. They are organized, have a long term strategy, and are ruthless. These are very scary people.

snip

"Third and finally, some jobs are so dirty, you can only send in someone who has the finely honed hatred of liberals acquired at elite universities to do them. The devil is an abstraction for normal, decent Americans living in the red states. By contrast, at the top universities, you come face to face with the devil every day, and you learn all his little tropes and tricks."

14. FUCKING WHORE ANN COULTER
The ONLY reason she's saying this is because she sees the fucking signs: she knows that the Bush ship of state has hit a MAJOR iceberg, and sinking fast. She's just jumping ship while she can, in the hopes of avoiding getting caught in the vortex.

WHORE! She was happy as a fucking clam to discredit Max Cleland and John Kerry, two AMERICAN WAR HEROES; she defended Bush's ABYSMAL reaction to Katrina; but with all the news coming to light of late, she decides she'd better git while the gittin's good.

That's what WHORES do. They serve the highest bidder. If their own ass starts coming under fire, and they realize they might be on the losing side, however, they'll stab their dear master in the back before you can blink. Annie's just movin' on, waiting like a leech to attach herself to the next big "winning cause" that will keep her in the spotlight.

I really think people like this are worse than people like Cheney and Bush. I really do. She'd do ANYTHING for a buck, be it whore for the PNAC agenda, smear war heroes, fellate George Bush - hell, I'm sure she'd write a pro-Holocaust book if she thought it could get her some more (in)famy and money.

21. More from the article
However nice, helpful, prompt and tidy she is, Harriet Miers isn't qualified to play a Supreme Court justice on "The West Wing," let alone to be a real one. Both Republicans and Democrats should be alarmed that Bush seems to believe his power to appoint judges is absolute. This is what "advice and consent" means.
-----

Also, I heard Micheal Reagan call it "cronyism". He was arguing with the callers who was supporting her.

Unfortunately for Bush, he could nominate his Scottish terrier Barney, and some conservatives would rush to defend him, claiming to be in possession of secret information convincing them that the pooch is a true conservative and listing Barney's many virtues – loyalty, courage, never jumps on the furniture ...

Oh, and I love how anyone qualified for SCOTUS must be a "super-nerd," even Roberts. educated at "an elite university" (like she didn't go to one) is usually a bad thing, but here she'll graciously make an exception. Former (*very* former) sorority stuck-up queen writing to soothe the wounded egos of the aging embittered second-string jocks who are seething with rage that the little geeks they used to pound the shit out of have gone on to have great lives while they're left behind, fat, bald, and poor, in the Barcalounger. meanwhile she's in her forties and still dresses like a tranny crack 'ho, but at least she has the comfort of knowing her audience of overgrown fratboy wannabe rejects are wanking to illiterate porn fantasies about her peroxided, skeletal ass. frigging pathetic.

There is mounting evidence that we have no need to fear something worse coming down the road... she is the worse and there is almost no public record to prove it but the bits and pieces when taken together with the rumor mill fits the total pattern of the right wing shill crony loyalist.

Which is exactly what we knew he and his puppet tuggers were going to pick.... does anyone honestly believe they will start trying to pacify us now with 2006 campaigning starting soon?? Huh??? No friggin' way... uh uh.

50. is it possible
that during his entire reign, this is the first decision that Bush has ever actually made "all on his own self?" I mean, I know they try to let him feel like he's in charge, like I'm sure he gets to make decisions regarding his nap and workout schedule...but this level of venom spewing, coming from the same people who normally act as if they'd be honored to have one of the chimp's turds bronzed and mounted as a keepsake, it's almost like they're revealing that all along, they've known he was an empty vessel, to be coddled and flattered and pretend-worshipped, until the day when the little twit actually decided to exert his authority instead of being led around on his circus leash.

Now they're like a bunch of thwarted Snidely Whiplashes screaming with rage because he gave away the biggest prize which was supposed to be theirs. The reward that was supposed to make all the years of kissing chimp ass so worth it.

52. So, what she is saying is that * didn't follow the script they wrote for *
So, there is a list of judges he is supposed to select from. If he had just talked it over with Cheney, he would have known this. Everyone else on the right did, why didn't he? Or did he know it and decide to not follow the script?

Everyone else is working hard to stay on message, but that isn't easy when * doesn't read his script.

Nothing funny about the Hitler era, and there is certainly nothing funny about the Bush/Hitler era either, but I can't help but laugh at these morons.

59. Guys- the GOP base forgave Bush for the booze a long time ago.
This is a tactic- I say again- don't fall for it.

No one in the GOP, including Coulter wants Bush to lose political ground in a confirmation battle.

60. how about this imagery?

In this photo provided by the Everglades National Park, the carcass of a six-foot American alligator is shown protruding from the mid-section of a 13-foot Burmese python Monday, Sept. 26, 2005 in Everglades National Park, Fla., after the snake apparently swallowed the alligator resulting in the deaths of both animals.
