What kind of user features does a donation to DU activate?

I've been a donor for a while now and I can't remember what features a non-donor must do without.

btw: Executive Order 13139 signed into law by the Big Dog, allows for this: The use of experimental drugs on our troops when the situation calls for it AND with the approval by the President OR the Secretary of Defense. I do not trust either of those two with this law. If I were a pharmaceutical company on the other hand......
