Current TV
I was flipping through the channels on Comcast cable and saw that channel 254 (in my area) was Current TV.

I clicked on it and it said I needed to order the channel. So I called Comcast and they said it wasn't available. The woman at Comcast put in an e-mail request to see if we could get the channel in my area. I asked her if other areas were carrying it and she said no. She said that maybe they were in the process of carrying it but it is not available yet.

I suggest anyone who has Comcast Cable to call and request Current TV.

11. Just under $120 here.
That's with HBO, "Digital Bronze"(or some-such), and hi-speed internet(s). No "Current TV" available here(NH)that I'm aware of.

3. Have you tried ordering "Digital Extra" for an extra
$6.49/month?

That is how I got "Current TV" on my Comcast cable.

6. I have all the channels, I already pay the extra, but Current isn't
available in my area. Massachusetts!

The woman told me that no comcast customers have it, per her manager.

Well I guess they don't know what they are talking about, cause some of you guys have it.

Maybe no one in Massachusetts can get it from Comcast.

8. Well its good to know that some of you guys have it through comcast
i was under the impression from speaking with them that they don't carry it.

Now that it is on my menu, but not available, maybe they are getting ready to launch it here. I'll keep looking!

Thanks

9. I get Current w/DirectTV service, on channel 366.
I've watched it some and am not impressed so don't know if I'd pay for it; it's still in its infancy, so I'm hoping it will eventually have more political stuff and less fluff.

12. Current TV is a tv station that Al Gore started. It's suppose to be
a liberal network.

13. Al Gore created it. You can view what they will show
during the next hour on the front page of their website:
www.current.tv

It is short videos, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week (some made by ordinary people.)
