The most frightening thing about the Constitution Restoration Act
Most people, myself included, are scared of the Constitution Restoration Act because it tears a huge hole in the wall of Separation of Religious Institution and State.

But, that's not the most scary part about it.

There is a second part.

The Act also proposes to impeach Judges who 'look' at foreign law.

THIS COULD HALT ALL PROGRESS IN HUMAN AND CIVIL RIGHTS!!!

A Judge could say that a law that discriminates against GLBT people is unconstitutional.

And then the Judge will be accused of looking at foreign law and will be impeached.

Thought you were scared before?

America's journey for Equality may soon come to a screeching halt.

6. Yes, but it will be an interesting court case.
Seeing how the courts are forbidden to consider it. This will never pass.

8. A law like this must NEVER pass, or this will be Nazi Germany for sure.
You may as well say, "See ya at the death camps."
