Ok, Maria Shriver HAD to campaign for her husband. But did Eunice have to?

And has Teddy or Patrick or Kathleen uttered ONE FRIGGIN word about the recall?

2. truthfully...
I've only ever really admired Bobby, John was good but Bobby could have been great. I can't hold it against them, they're just being cordial.

5. I still do
Ted Kennedy is an old warhorse for the liberal Dem wing, he has done so much to keep the liberal spirit alive. Plus, he endorsed John Kerry, one of the candidates I like.

10. It's the
Shiver family that is there. Maria's mother looks anorexic too.
Eunice is a Kennedy, but in our Paternalistic society she married into the Shiver Clan.

14. It Was a Jolt to See Sargeant SHRIVER There
and to hear Tweety crow, "Look, here come all the KENNEDYs and SRHIVERs!" Sargeant SHRIVER, for the kids, was McGOVERN's running mate. Yes the clans had to be their for their relatives, but the cable yakkers yammering on about how Maria would be the heroine of the Repuke Convention was unreal. Maria delivered this for Ahhhnuld---she was too smart, too articulate, too sincere, too inclusive (for OUR good). Apart from dragging him to the Lib-Repuke side, she and the clans are giving legitimacy to the Repukes.

12. GIVE ME A BREAK!
The Kennedys and what they represent will always reflect the values of the Democratic Party. That family has given it's sons blood to this Country. I can't speak for the Kennedy in-laws. I'm sorry, but your comment pushed a button.

15. They are family
Maria is their relative. Period.

I am sure that they all had conflicting periods but family takes care of family.

It sucks but that's clearly how this all played out.
