It is a historic moment for the US
as Roberts is now being swarn in as the SC justice.

i am not happy with this. but it will be history in a few moments.

12. I refuse to watch it...
Another Bush Crony being elevated into an area of extreme power.. and the Senate blindly approving him because "Bush won and he should get the nominees he wants." This is increadibly reckless... the nominee didn't have to answer any questions under oath that he didn't want to, and the Administration refused to allow the any documentation released that may prove negative for the nominee. This isn't democracy folks. No good can come of this appointment.
