The Budget Deficit Spin
They are saying the increase in spending is 93% Defense, Homeland Security and 9/11 related. 75& of it is defense and that figure has been about the same in 2001, 2002 & 2003. That leaves 15% for Homeland Security & 9/11. The deficit is not because of 9/11. It's because of Bush's Oil War. Info for any freeper debaters out there, cuz they'll probably be throwing it out there.
