1. Has anyone looked into pre-katrina gouging yet?
I've also read conflicting news stories; some say "fear of future storms" and others say "storm missed so prices are fallin'"

2. Gee the NYT thinks everythings all hunky dory
falling oil prices, oops guess not.. traffic to Houston fine, nope not according to San Antonio transguide, massive delays fuel shortages...Hurricaine damage not all that bad, um take a look at the coastline between Texas and Luisianna.
