Does anyone know when that wonderful new bankruptcy bill goes into effect?
I know someone who needs to file before it becomes law. Thank you for your help in advance.

Oct. 17, but they are thinking of pushing it back to a later date but who knows if they will actually do it...that's what I was told in my Bankruptcy class by my lawyer professor

7. I read they tried to get it pushed back for the hurricane people and
the repubs refused to push back any of it.
