million phone march -- WE CAN STOP JOHN ROBERTS...
"WE CAN STOP JOHN ROBERTS. NO MATTER WHAT THEY SAY, WHAT MATTERS IS WHAT WE SAY!"

"The immediate priority is to call the three Democrats who have already voted for Roberts in committee and persuade them that their vote was wrong, and CONTRARY to the will of we the people, especially if you are from Vermont or Wisconsin. They said it was a "close call". If we all tell them it has to go the other way they must listen. There are three toll-free numbers, 888-818-6641, 888-355-3588, 877-762-8762 (already fast busy signal). Just ask for the senator by name, or here are their direct phone and fax numbers:

Patrick J Leahy , 202-224-4242(phone), 202-224-3479(fax)
Russell D Feingold , 202-224-5323(phone), 202-224-2725(fax)
Herb Kohl , 202-224-5653(phone), 202-224-9787(fax)

It's just as important to call your own senators as well. If you can't get through on the toll-free numbers above, or don't know your senators' names, pick your own state from the pulldown menu on the right to get all their DIRECT phone and fax numbers, including their district offices, right here on this page:"

2. I know someone will yell at me, but won't the chimp just nominate
someone just as bad or even worse if Roberts doesn't get the nod?

4. No doubt he'd try.
But if the administration can't get Roberts on the bench, it'll be a huge failure on their part, one that the public, and more importantly, the politicians, won't be able to ignore. The next extremist wouldn't have nearly as much support going in.
