BBV:Should a class action suit be filed against Secretary of State of Cal?
What are our options? Who is responsible for this electronic mess and allowing these machines to continue to be installed?

It is very clear that this recall election is illegitimate due to the electronic voting and the lack of security for California voters.

If Arnold wins, or whoever wins, the issue remains. The electronic voting (as far as I can see) invalidates this recall and the election itself. With the knowledge uncovered BEFORE this election took place, it is an amazing act of negligence and a violation of our rights as voters.

We will never even know if the results are even correct?? Who is responsible?
