2. Oh boy

I'd rather stay in the newer Graduate housing than move to Rice Campus. Rice Campus floods in any bad thunderstorm, it submerges most of the southern campus.

3. I wondered about that.....ages ago when I was at Rice, any rain at once

flooded the partking lots

same at Stanford

is there a law that schools supposedly good in engineering must have their parking lots flood whenever it rains? doesn't seem like a real good advertisement to me
