so lets get this straight. shes going to be charged as an adult, but her name is not being released because she's a minor. also, her "boyfriend" is getting charged with, essentially, having sex with a minor.

if she actually gets tried in adult court. Right now she is still a minor for the purposes of this case. Though admittedly it does seen unfair to treat her as a minor for purposes of sex.

This goofy family gave the eventual killer of their youngest daughter, the right to mess around with their elder girl who wasn't of age either... and in return he bought them gifts and let them use one of his cars...

So when their youngest gets killed because this guy is a complete loon...well now they are going to sue the police for not intervening sooner.

I'm not at all suprised that they would want to go after this poor girl like they seem to be. I mean when the recording industry has to go after an 11 year old girl and then circulate a memo between the executives of this record company where the girl is quoted saying she was sorry, you cannot be surprised when religious fantic, right wing prosecurtors want to ruin this 14 year old girls life
