Rita, the NG and martial law, couple of questions.
If Rita hits as a category 5 where will we find NG troops to help in the area? Will this give * the chance to suspend Posse Comitatus so he can send in the regular Army?
Does anyone know how many NG troops are left around the country? Aren't the majority of them kinda' tied up with Iraq, Afghanistan and Katrina?
And one last question.
Will * use a cat.5 hit to declare national martial law? Personally I believe he is just waiting for any excuse. He is the dictator you know.
