Him and buddy Blair.. don't want to believe it but am thinking it may be true?

10. Just to be the devil's advocate here for a moment, I don't

pretend to know what Clinton is really thinking, however, I wondered why he was sitting back and letting Bush destroy everything he worked for. Then I wondered about him and Poppy getting so chummy. Then of course there was the photo op with the three of them after Katrina.

So here is a possible scenario. Maybe he knew criticizing the * would only bring out the Rove smear spin machine. So he befriends Poppy because as ex-Presidents both have to know this President is leading the country in the wrong direction.

So Katrina hits and * has a big problem on his hands due to his inability to be an effective President. So son goes to dad and asks what he should do. Dad says let me talk to my new buddy. So now we have things happening, a little late, but happening. I am almost certain this new agreement with No. Korea has Clinton all over it.

Okay so the big question is, is Clinton doing this to save his country or to get a job at the Carlyle group?

He's sailing as close to the edge as he can without coming right out and saying Bushit's an idiot. I seriously doubt the Carlye rumor and don't think he's jumped the shark. I think he's trying to do everything he can to help without completely losing his "elder statesman" persona

If he overtly attacks chimpco, he'll be vilified by the right and the press and he knows it.
