32. I am shocked how anyone, and I mean the most ardent Bush

supporter could rate that speech as excellent. I know they are brainwashed, but if I had given that poor of speech in 8th grade I would've flunked. What part could you rate as excellent, delivery, content?

33. Sliding scale?

With the sliding scale being all other Bush speeches. Less stuttering, fewer mispronunciations, and he didn't keep doing those annoying, preachy pauses. Content not too bad.

Missing entirely: any semblence of real empathy.
