Bush 'taking responsibility' --pix->>>
Edited on Tue Sep-13-05 12:32 PM by Stephanie

So when will he resign? Does he take responsiblity for his cake-eating, guitar-strumming, and general clowning around while people were drowning?

President Bush appears at a joint press availiblity with Iraqi President Jalal Talabani, Tuesday, Sept. 13, 2005, in the East Room at the White House after their meeting in Washington. Bush said Tuesday that he takes responsibility for failures in dealing with Hurricane Katrina and said the disaster raised broader questions about the government's ability to respond to natural disasters as well as terror attacks. 3. Question: if Bush resigns, who's next in order of succession?
Do you really want *that* nightmare in direct power of the gov't?

(In Little's Nixon impersonation voice):

"Always remember: Those who are 'TO BLAME' go to jail; those who are 'RESPONSIBLE' do not."

16. You can always tell intelligence by the light in a person's eyes.
Unfortunately, the chimp on the right has deeper thoughts than the chimp on the left.

17. terra terra terra terra
insert instead:

"If I failed this miserably with the reductions of freedoms and privacy that Patriot II institutes, why, you all ought ot now give me what I want,total totalitarian control. You want better response? I need more money to fight them over there than over here, more relaxation of constitutional protections, and extreme changes in the way our government works. Otherwise, next time will be worse, and no one wants to see that. Oh, And my recommendations to privatize everything should be immediately implemented also so things can happen quicker, cause you all know how awful big government is..it is useless. And you money hoggin baby boomers ought to be delighted to give up your SS benefits so we can take care of this serious problem..if'n you don't well you are just racist non-patriots."

Or some other equally horrid paraphrasing.

18. The "dog ate my homework" look
Why do I not believe his sicerity? The man is a pathological liar. He never accepts responsibility for anything. Rove told him to say this and he is dutifully following orders.
