Anyone who REALLY believes that bushy genuinely "accepts responsibility,"
I got a great used car for you, right here. Only driven to church by a little old lady...

8. There is a good test for repentance...
The one at fault repays the victim...Biblically, I believe, tenfold.

And too, the 12-step program has the recovering person making good the damage he has caused and the people he has wronged, to the best of his ability.

If George Bush is honestly sorry for what he has done, he will get out his checkbook.

10. And/or resign, and go to work helping to clean up the city.
I don't see either happening, though it would be nice.

12. Who cares if he genuinely accepts responsibility?
Let the Republicans argue over what the meaning of "is" is for a change. In the meantime, we just keep catapulting the propaganda that Bush is responsible for FEMA's failure to respond to Katrina.

Just say it again and again. After all, the man himself said that he is responsible for the federal government's failure to act promptly to Hurricane Katrina.

Don't make me spell it out for you.

13. Now, that's a good point. I appreciate your post;
and no, you don't have to spell it out for me or anyone else, I'd bet, because it makes a TON of sense.

I vote that we go with your plan.
