Two years from now we will be sitting around saying...
"George Bush?! Man, that guy was toast from the day he took office. I can't believe we were worried about him being elected to the Presidency in 2004."

1. How do we undo the harm he caused?
That's what we'll be saying.

3. indeed, the battle is just starting. I have a feeling...
that these devils have been up to things we won't even know about until 2 years from now

then we also have Halli, Betchel, etc, all even deeper and further entrenched into human society.... this has been the biggest power-grab in human history, and even if we win in 04, it's gonna be HELL to deal with!!

count me in

2. Maybe something more along the lines of
"Bush? You mean the facist asshole who sold out the citizens his own country, let nearly three thousand of them die in a terrorist attack just so he could make a grab at power? Yeah, its sick, I know. But what I wonder is, how do you think those people who supported him feel? I won't forget how they worshipped him."

4. I'd prefer hearing arguments about ...
... whether he, Cheney, Rumsfeld, Wolfowitz, and Lay should be released on parole.

7. I Say No
If that's up for a vote, I'm against it. Fuck 'em. Let 'em rot in jail. Especially Ashcroft.

12. Oops!
I guess I was assuming that Ashcroft would be stoned to death. :dunce:

5. Or maybe we'll be at Gitmo saying, "Please don't hit me anymore."

10. I'm a pessimist.
Your posting seems a little more likely, especially since the Ruthless party knows that it can commit electoral fraud with impunity.

6. Get me my gun
Edited on Mon Jul-07-03 06:24 PM by mhr
so I can put myself out of this misery.

I can't take another eight years of the Bush clan!

( I really believe he will be harder to beat than we all suspect. The Freepers in charge will not willingly go down without a fight. )

What a legacy.

11. that's irresponsible and dangerous
I seem to remember a wave of surety that the Dems would take back the House and keep the Senate in the weeks before the election.

Uhhhh...they lost. Both. Don't sit on your laurels and Id appreciate it if you didn't tell anyone else to do that.

13. Great thought but we must keep pounding away!
I love the thought of that:

"George Bush?! Man, that guy was toast from the day he took office. I can't believe we were worried about him being elected to the Presidency in 2004."

I think that if this comes to pass and * gets trounced in '04 even my repuke, Limbaugh loving brother-in-law will admit that * was a joke from the get go.

Keep emailing, using bumper stickers, writing letters to the editor, whatever it takes - don't let up for the next 16 months!

It'll come quicker than you think. Recall back to election night Nov. 2000 when Gore was the projected winner in FLA after taking PA, Michigan and IL (it was a great moment), then not, then ... it seems like yesterday.
