i used to live in that area & it was already very heavily flooded from a previous break in the london ave canal

i'm missing some ppl from there

starting to think they are no longer w. us

problem w. the area is that it is normally hi ground and a no flood area so ppl don't necessarily feel the need to leave

i do not know what more to do

there have been boats searching for persons, pets, property in that area but i've not heard of much success

there is no safe way for a civilian to do anything, i feel so helpless
