Harball had the story that everyone should be talking about.
Gretna sheriff and police. Hear what those involved have to say. Oh, yes, I guess they pulled out the race card because it was in the deck used by the Gretna officials?
There are very serious issues in this Country which need to be honestly examined. It is the elephant in the room everyone chooses to ignore. And ignore it we have.
day in a much fuller version and I agree, everyone should hear it. Not only does it show the sick mindset many of those in control exuded it shines a light on some real incredible human hope and survival scenes that this little band of people experienced.
7. Everyone of those people in NO should document the stories - all
of them - where they started out thinking that the police and state patrols were their friends and found out otherwise.
Everyone should document the stories where they know others in their predicament took action on their own to take food - in absence of anyone coming with water and food.
Everyone should document who they know took tv's and cameras - things that were not edible.
Everyone should document the stories where racism was rampant and where they were helped and it wasn't an issue.
The story must be told because it appears that we have absolute proof of racism. The racists came out of the closets. They weren't just calling in to Washington Journal and letting their feelings show - they weren't just guests on Hannity or O'Reilly. They were evident in their actions - then they will go back to church on Sunday and send their kids to Sunday School while starting off a new school year of home schooling so they can avoid those nxxxxxs.
The world saw it and the world will read about it and hear the oral testimonies if others are on the ball and document it.
Then people will call for good will (because of the elections) and the racists will go half way back into their closet.
