Need Free Dramatic Hurricane Pictures for a Billboard Presentation.

One of our local Democratic activist organizations wants to put up a billboard criticizing the administrations handling of the Katrina Disaster. To do this, we would need some free, non-copyrighted and dramatic pictures of the hurricane to choose from. These will be offset with pictures of the Weasel playing guitar while on vacation.

Any ideas, criticisms, or any dramatic pictures that we can use for this?
