Special forum/group for DUer hurricane volunteer reports?

Duer Ida Briggs just posted a thread on how she is being deployed tomorrow. I just got trained this weekend and will most likely heading out the next few weeks. Other Duers have either gone or are going.

I, for one, would find it very helpful hearing reports from volunteers on the ground in my anticipation of going. And I think DUers who are unable to volunteer would enjoy the reports.

There is a non-political rule for RC volunteers but I don't see how posting general reports anonymously (or generally so) on the internet.

I was told today that even on "hardship" assignments (where volunteers live in the same conditions as the shelter-clients), volunteers will be able to access the internet for at least a few minutes every few days, so there would be some access. It would be a good thing also for these DUer volunteers to have a forum that they could quickly go to and post a report and check on other reports.
