So, now as we all watch the devastation of Katrina, our Government is setting up a doctrine of PRE-EMPTIVE nukes. This policy, in effect allows for us to use NUKES on a country that we SUSPECT is going to use nukes on us! And we will turn the decision making over to our wonderful, trusted (dripping with sarcasm) and wise President *.

Busy beavers all.... while our attentions were elsewhere. Don't know what you all think, but I think Im very afraid!!! ..and Iran especially needs to take heed.

Any congressional approval needed? It's my impression that it's not!

...historical examples of justified preemptive action (Cuban Missile Crisis for one) to preemptively launch a nuclear strike against another nation is just madness. It's what Bushco WILL do in the Middle East. They've got the oil, Bushco wants control of it, and that's how they intend to get it. PNAC's had this on the drawing board for over a decade.
