Law suit against the current American administration alleging that the government has exceeded its constitutional authority by implementing a scheme for global dominance called "Project for the New American Century."

This page will soon become www.wallacevbushlawsuit.com

A lawsuit was filed on January 14, 2005, in the U.S. District Court in Reno, Nevada against President Bush and Vice President Cheney. The lawsuit alleges that both defendants have acted outside the scope of their job description in waging a war against Iraq. The complaint alleges that both defendants and others working within the White House and Defense Department have covertly implemented a white paper called “Rebuilding America’s Defenses” as presented by the Project for the New American Century or PNAC in September, 2000 two months before the murky elections of that year. Among the persons signing the paper were Richard Cheney and Jeb Bush. While the paper was published on the internet, implementation of it by the White House has been in secret. Comments and further detail, see Founders Freedom blog.

As we begin 2005, the most prominent and urgent need is to disassemble the fascist government that has taken over the United States in the past four years. To that end I have filed a lawsuit in Reno Nevada on January 14, 2005 against George W. Bush and Dick Cheney in order to let Americans have a chance of assisting a court ordered dismantling of the PNAC which has been adopted by the White House.

“To announce that there must be no criticism of the President, or that we are to stand by the President, right or wrong, is not only unpatriotic and servile, but is morally treasonable to the American public." Theodore Roosevelt, 1912

Don't know what PNAC is? Most Americans don't! It is the agenda being followed by the Bush Administration since 9/11 under cover of the War on Terrorism. You can check it out on the internet by typing PNAC in your browser. Or look up Project for the New American Century. You'll be disgusted and filled with despair. If you voted for Bush you'll feel like you have been violated!

Try this link to connect to a primer on PNAC http://www.crisispapers.org/Editorials/PNAC-Primer.htm (may need to copy and paste in your browser)

You can read a press release on this lawsuit if you go to:

After the fiasco of November 2nd, we have discovered that we cannot rely on politicians or even politically controlled offices of Secretaries of States who control voting. If we are going to have an America of "We the People", we are going to have to take back the Government from the politicians and place them under our control.

As an outgrowth of this lawsuit, ( and I admit we are plowing new ground) we need to use every legal strategy available to obtain control of our government which we the people are supposed to own. A definition of a fascist regime is one in which control has been obtained by extreme right-wing elements. And that is where we are today. We need to end that with an:

AMERICAN REVOLUTION 'O5

I will make suggestions for that in the near future. What we need to do now is not allow Bush and Cheney the "mantle" of office for the new term. That "mantle" of appearing bigger and more powerful than life itself will not descend upon them if we stand together in this struggle.

And you know what? WE HAVE THE POWER TO DO IT!

Look for new project web site to soon appear

"All truth passes through three stages: First it is ridiculed. Second, it is violently opposed. Third, it is accepted as being self-evident." - Schopenhauer

Please support me in this effort. A link below opens a letter which you can print out and sign and send to the court to demonstrate support.. I would like to see it received by the court in the hundreds of thousands However, be certain to mark the outside of the envelope, "Wallace v Bush, et al ". This will allow the court to count and store without opening.

I am 76 years of age, a father of six; a grandfather of 26 and a great- grandfather of 4 surviving on social security and a little extra income. I need all the help I can get to be successful. It's not just my struggle, its every Americans struggle to regain the freedom the Founding Fathers gave us.

Any donation; a dollar or more is needed. Since I am a retired attorney***, I have a little experience in doing this. With your help we can get our country back!

To impeach George Bush for war crimes and covertly implementing PNAC, we have to get a handle on our congress men and women.

This website is created to organize local state efforts to petition the Secretary of State or other official of each state in which laws have been established for the recall process of public officials. There are 26 states in which such laws have been established leaving 24 states in which an effort is required to petition the state legislature for enactment of such a law or alternatively where the initiative has been made law to use that vehicle to bring each state of the nation into a parity of power of its citizens to control the Federal government.

The New Nuclear Danger: George W. Bush's Military-Industrial Complex (Paperback)

>>>>snip

Editorial Reviews

From Publishers Weekly
Since September 11, it has become clear that the United States is headed for more military funding to fight the "war on terrorism." But as longtime antinuclear activist, author and pediatrician Caldicott (Nuclear Madness: What You Can Do) shows, this buildup is nothing new with the exception of the first President Bush, U.S. policy has generally favored military spending. But spending on nuclear weapons is ineffective in fighting terrorists holed up in caves, Caldicott contends. Using a medical model, she focuses on what she calls the "disease" before she launches into her "remedy." She is strongest focusing on the ties between the American nuclear arsenal and large corporations, which have only their own interests at heart a point that should resonate in the post-Enron era. In impressive detail, she describes how hundreds of millions of taxpayer dollars are spent on questionable defense projects such as Star Wars. To her credit, this book also serves as a defense primer: she lays out the various weapons projects in terms accessible to the average reader an accessibility she argues that the government wants to deny citizens. But her remedies for the problem she describes diverting millions of dollars from the defense budget for health care and the environment seem na‹ve and unrealistic. In addition, her strident tone ("the Pentagon thinks about nuclear strategy in a strange and pathological way") might turn some readers off to the book's important message.

From Library Journal
This book by the well-known political activist Caldicott (Nuclear Madness: What You Can Do) is not a direct attack on the existence of the military but rather on the way that the military and industry are so deeply intertwined. Caldicott argues that there is immense financial waste for unneeded weapons programs, that America's foreign and military policies seem designed for world domination, and that this is a betrayal of the best interests of U.S. citizens. Included are short descriptions of many weapons and research projects, which contain cost figures, information on which big contractors benefit, and an evaluation of the program. As a physician, Caldicott puts more emphasis on the long-term medical implications of some of the modern weapons than one usually finds in books on this topic. Most readers will have already made up their minds on this subject one way or another; nevertheless, this book should be made available in libraries for those looking for counterarguments to the Establishment line. The book lacks illustrations and an index, but there are reference notes at the end. Suitable for the circulating collections of public libraries. Daniel K. 2. It would be nice, but success is not necessary.
The publicity of such a lawsuit could really hurt Chimpster and Co. With his popularity tanking the last thing they want is to draw attentino to PNAC which is effectively Chimpy's "Mein Kampf". This lawsuit would be a very bad thing for them.

3. So what we really need to do is get some press on this...
This is one of those issues where the more attention it gets, the better.

No matter how they may try to spin this, the more they try, the more people find out.

The DSM was the same, and the attention and focus has been somewhat alleviated...

But this is all a package deal.

The PNAC revelations are supported by the DSM and in turn support the 9/11 revelations.

On top of THAT we have the oil companies making a killing, the testimony of close presidential advisors including Richard Clark, The antics of J.Bolton in keeping inspectors OUT of Iraq so as not to derail the case for war...

ALL of these things support each other. With structural integrity like this, a BIG TRUTH can't go ignored forever.

So Media Blast this.

And while we're at it, why not throw in side notes supporting this indictment?

4. Right, let's blast this to the media!
If more people become interested, the more attention it will get.
