Freepers:Katrina proved compassionate conservatism is a lie!
Bitch all you want about prior to the hurricane's arrival. I don't give a damn.

But for FIVE DAYS people died while your boy king did NOTHING. He can invade a country, take down Saddam and put in a puppet government that's turning into an Islamic theocracy, but he WON'T lift a damn finger to help those in this country.

Remember the people at the Superdome and the Convention Center who begged, cried and died on TV. Remember the people on the highway overpasses who begged, cried and died on TV.

Where was the great conservative compassion your leader touted?

2. I'm sure "compassion conservatism is a lie" comes as no surprise
to these morans.

It was just a marketing phrase designed for them to hide their greedy, selfish worldview behind...make it more palatable to those yellow streaks in the middle of the road.

3. Runs in the family
His mom thinks the people in the Astrodome are better off. His wife thinks it was "Hurricane Corrina."

What a bunch. This kind of stuff got you beheaded in the French Revolution.

4. Yeah ... 'cause killing 100,000 innocent Iraqis wasn't enough proof
Torturing and raping detainees, just missed the mark, too.

5. I should have been clearer and you made a good point
We know there isn't a compassionate bone in these people's bodies, but some repubs, I know a few, woke up after seeing what happened in NO.

gets all weepy thinking about how the rich have been victimized by the poor. Like how those unfortunate Superbowl owners had their property trashed by the refugees.
