FEMA is scrapping the Debit card program. More news in a few minutes.

1. CNN and MSNBC reported that they were moving to checks...
and electronic deposit for people that have moved out of the main shelters.

Just add it to the other bad decisions...aka, Carnival Lines...turning water, ice, fuel, manpower away...on and on and on.
