Who will be allowed BACK IN New Orleans?
We already know who was unable or not allowed to leave. They are now forcibly removing and disarming all remaining.

The question is, Who will be allowed Back in. Does anyone really believe that just anyone who wants to, say non property owner will be allowed to return.?

1. My best guess is..
NOLA is being prepped for major redevelopment in the interests of property ownership, theme park and tourism, and gentrification.

Some Blacks will be allowed back in as part of the underpaid servant class, but most of the city will be occupied by the haves and havemores.

9. Think "Disney" for the French Quarter
and Hallibuton/KBr for the infrastructure, oil/gas companies for imported workers - and rednecks for the casino boats. there you have it - all paid for by us.

Meanwhile the evacuees are scattered throughout the country with their voices lost or diluted in primarily red states.

3. I think Nagin and Honore
will reopen neighborhoods as soon as possible. They are both native sons, they have no interest in giving BushCo what they want.

The real danger passed last Friday when Blanco wouldn't buckle under to Bush and refused to sign over control of the State of LA to the Federal Government. The picture would be much different right now if she had.

7. The New New Orleans District
will be declared a Repug stronghold by pResidential order. Only caucasian, rapture rightists will be allowed within the borders. They will found the first openly religious district.

All the old houses damaged in the flood will be bulldozed so that they can replace them with evangelical worship houses.

The French Quarter will be torn down and replaced by a new neighborhood called the Freedom Quarter.

Bourbon street will be renamed Grape Juice Street.

The Mississippi River will be renamed Holy River. River commerce will be forbidden and replaced with 24/7 immersion baptisms.

Mardi Gras will go away and be replaced by an annual day-long parade of flagellants.
