Says she was not consulted on setting up a bipartisan committee to investigate Katrina fiasco. Says this makes it clear that repugs will continue covering up for the administration. So she's not going to cooperate with setting up this so-called bipartisan committee.

that includes Frist and Hastert. I had to go look up what bicameral was-heck, all that means is that someone from the Senate and someone from the House are on the committee, it is NOT bi-partisan.
