about cleaning debris off private property? Should this be an exception, depending on the circumstances?
So, is Dick Cheney the only one that can use public resources for private gain?

3. He was taking about clearing debris and soaked items out of houses |
|
where they owners were not around. He speculated that they could be as far as "100 miles away when they evacuated", not that they might have been washed away or anything like that (which is a possibility, as horrible as that is). He was wondering where the line was drawn as far as securing the neighborhood for those that had returned and were dumping the contents of their houses out on the street.

4. Any intelligent federal employee would know that the city would |
|
be responsible for removing all the debris that gets piled up on the curb. In Florida, we had several weeks of special garbage pick-up for the debris we put on the curb.
