Joe Scarborough, MSNBC & former Republican Congressman from Florida went with a Church group from Pensacola to take supplies to Biloxi and has been broadcasting from the Gulf Coast the past week & ripping FEMA & the Feds.

US officials were going to show a video of that to the prisoners at GITMO, but the international Red Cross stepped in and said, "no way!". Something about overly cruel and unusual.
