Throughout her coverage of Katrina, she has virtually seemed incapable of breaking form, of breaking her stylized presentation. Just like Aaron Brown. Maybe it's a factor of doing her work from inside a New York studio half a country away, I don't know.

I did hear on DU that she got pretty angry about Michael Brown's claim to have not known about the people in the Superdome for a few days, so maybe there's a human heart way down in there somewhere. She seems like one of the faux news droid-ettes though.

I have only seen her seethe once or twice but I quit watching her a long time ago because quite frankly I do have them and they could not take her anymore.

I have seen her exhibit a lot of emotion r.e.: 9/11. She did a special commemorative anniversary and played up the emotionalism and nationalism to a nauseating degree. I think that was when I really knew I disliked her. She is cold, contrived, and should not be considered a journalist because she is so obviously partial to B*, Israel, and the Iraq War. I haven't watched her since before the elections, and will never do so.
