Ok, I had someone point this out:

under Ashcroft there is mandatory sentencing guidelines that give prosecutors greater levity in prosecuting defendants (sp?).

Rush might very well end up doing time for this and wouldn't be just so ironic that Ashcroft was the one who threw Rush in jail.

(I have to consider that the guy I spoke to is a republican. I don't entirely agree with him at this point but its still worth considering.)

On Edit: someone just pointed out that I should have used some other word than "levity". "leeway" for example would be more appropriate.

7. OK, most celebrities...
don't go to jail in the US. I will be estatic if fat boy lands behind bars but I don't think it will happen.
