about the first relief convoy reaching the Convention Centre?
I've been away and when I saw the photos in the newspaper what struck me was the presence of a LOT of helicopters sitting on the deck of the centre.
It just looked like they were there to reinforce a photo-op. They made the response look more structured, but as far as I could tell, they weren't actually doing anything except filling the camera frame.
