Interesting dialogue on FOX NEWS
Rep. Bobby Jindal (Republican from Baton Rouge) saying there are ongoing coordination problems at the Fed level (FEMA and FAA can't work out arrangements to let search helicopters come in; emergency supplies not being delieverd to areas outside NO), while Brit Hume tries to get him to blame local officials for the situation.

2. Or he'll one comment about the locals in a sea of complaints about feds
and Brit/Fox will fixate on that as proof the Locals fucked up.
