and people trying to survive. I was impressed by General Honore's statement yesterday. He said that those people who raided the grocery stores for food were doing the right thing. They had to look out for their families survival. As far as the kids stealing a dozen pairs of Nikes . . . well at least they will have shoes on their feet. It is the gun thieves and jewelry robberies that bother me.
2. Given the very limited govt "free" evacuations, I wonder if there are/were
any "for profit" evacuation "services" that looters were trying to afford? (that portion of them not looting purely for food, water, shelter, OR TO TRADE/BARTER FOR THE SAME)
