Two party system in support of utter madness.

Could it be that democrats are assisting in the ruination of democracy in an effort to hold on to a two party system?

The democratic leadership might be convinced that the only way to consolidate supporters and eliminate a competitive third party is to help make conditions so bad, either you get on board with the only chance to win or you aid the enemy.

Is this the democratic version of "you are either with us or against us"?

The republicans want a damaging third party on the left and they think the worse conditions get, the more likely a third party will emerge to split the left.

So, a two party system is working against us no matter which direction this nightmare may lead.
