Are they going to use this debacle in their ongoing campaign to dismantle what's left of the people's government? Blame it all on career civil servants who have been keeping the whole country afloat for the past 5 years?

There will always be a few die hards that follow Bush over the cliff, but remember the polls before this all happened? The majority of people found Bush to be a liar.

The recent days are just going to harden that perception and make people even MORE bitter over Bush. A bit of it will subside with time, but I see a kettle of boiling water churning and churning. People won't forget this - they won't be able to.

Have you actually thought about the implications of these displaced people??? It's not only the "evacuees", but also the people that left NO BEFORE anything went down. We have a major, major, national problem that is going to touch EVERY aspect of our life and society.
