you get supplies, troops and other relief aid that much quicker. New Orleans has a large poor and black population, so I guess it doesn't count even half as much.

In a way, this tragedy will define the administration in a way sure to be remembered forever. 9/11 was so long ago, it almost seems a phantasm now. But voters will hopefully remember the greatest natural disaster in many a year and how the white house failed miserably in its handling of the aftermath. And once again, the tragedy happened while the asshole was still on vacation. I see a pattern here.

He is without any doubt the worst president in US history. What remains to be seen is whether he will have the dubious honor of being the first president in US history to be impeached, convicted, and removed from office along with his vice president and the rest of his associates. Katrina has brought that day closer.
