A catastrophe like this, and the US president is doing photo-ops, for three whole days the press says "50 to 80 dead", the US rejects assistance from Canada and other countries - I guess "the world" figured it was not a big deal. The race aspect could not be more apparent. I suppose most reports will chalk it up to incompetence, because people have a short memory and so do the media, but **even** if it was incompetence, it's scary as hell. The only thing scarier is what it really was: an experiment in eugenics.
