Private citizen gets boat people to do rescue work. Rescues
people and then boat people are told to leave because it's "too dangerous". Elderly couple stuck in attack for days with no food or water rescued.

2. saw a guy in little 12 foot jon duckboat
he personally saved 80 people in one night in NOLA, just working alone. Heros, every one.
