Why the hell is he wearing a long sleeve shirt in 90 plus degreee weather? I suppose he only goes outside in the weather when there are cameras around.

Karl Rove tells him on the ride down "now when you get out, make sure you roll up your sleeves and take off your necktie - people watching the news will believe you're about to take control. Make sure you nod a lot while talking with officials, then use your tough guy strut so the cameras can get a shot of it. The American people will buy it, don't worry."
