7. No one can help the US
unless the US allows it. You're a sovereign country.

Canadians are trying to get relief supplies...drugs, water purifiers, etc, across the border, and are being stopped.

So NATO and the UN are in the same boat.

Can you imagine the rightwing response to UN troops in New Orleans??

My gawd, they panic if they see one UN vehicle in NY.

Furrin' troops on US soil? Perish the thought.
