out of Katrina. Not the way nearly all the pundits are going off on him.

3. Fox had a poll showing him at 45 percent
down from 47 percent. And this poll was done Tuesday and Wednesday, only when criticism just started. Now conditions are exponentially worse and the federal response is getting hammered.

At best he should hope that they "stay the course" but I personally think they're gonna drop at least a couple points by the end of first week of Sept.
