describing a total breakdown of relief efforts, and says the government needs to do something NOW... not tomorrow, not this evening. NOW.

They're all asking WHY the government isn't doing anything.

They're saying out and out and the DHS can't handle it, and they need to get more help.

many, many people could not afford to evacuate and this was known in advance. There was no plan in place for the poorest who had to stay. Help must come now, today. Not after meetings and discussions. Why are the national guard soldiers in other areas and not NO. Someone responded that it was unsafe to send in the guard. She replied "isn't that what they're trained for? responding in dangerous conditions?

This is all paraphrased. She's pulling no punches as far as I can tell.
