1. I don't think he was drunk - I wouldn't go that far - but he is seriously

mentally ill - his weird facial tick - jaw clinching was very noticable.

I wrote this just after he finished that "speech." I'm a linguist, I NOTICE how people pronounce their words, I notice it a lot, down to the tiniest detail.

His own fumbling was making him anxious. Right after calling water "walter", he grabbed onto ASS-sets, gesturing and enunciating emphatically like it was an important point. It made no fucking sense at all.
