24. Instead of sitting there in their dress whites why haven't they deployed

to NO? Get some speed boats or even rubber rafts and begin trying to evacuate those that are stuck, as well as a whole crew just to gather the bodies? Once those bodies begin to decompose the whole city will be a breeding ground for any number of infectious diseases. I do understand and appreciate the emergency in saving those that are still alive, but I am also realistic enough to know that contaminated water as a breeding ground for mosquitoes as well as a home for fish and fowl alike, can't be a good thing now or in the future. There are plenty of able bodies sitting there. They should have been given a mission bigger than stroking that asswipes ego.
