4. I saw that too. With no communications or power. Might be total black
black outs in the prisons. Orleans is one of the biggest jails in the country. They have over 7,000 prisoners to get out of there. The entire area floods during regular storms.

6. yes, she did say that this morning they were in process of transferring
prisoners to other prisons. She seems wiped out (don't blame her).

8. well, the pics I saw earlier of prisoners sitting on upper rafters as the
water creep up and up--I would freak out too~!!!
